The wording isn’t healthy, it’s healthier.
People who have chronic illnesses or disabilities can still live their lives as physically and mentally healthy as a person can be with those conditions. Yes, it can be hard and illnesses like that can be a detriment to an individual’s quality of life, but improving one’s lot in life is not impossible.
